These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JAZ's website and workforce management platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.
1. Using the Service
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) based on the number of active employees on your account, as described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings; changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
3. Customer Data & Employee Consent
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service, including employee and attendance records ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to collect and process your employees' data through JAZ, including location data used for GPS attendance, in compliance with applicable labor and data protection laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
JAZ and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related software, trademarks, and content, other than Customer Data. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or as needed to protect the security or integrity of the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JAZ is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Terms on this page.
